What are your existing activities and provisions for careers in STEM? I'd love to share ideas about what existing provisions run in schools. In Portsmouth, we run: Big Ideas Competition by Solutions for the Planet STEM & Coding Clubs after school Gardening Club A drone workshop with The Drone Rules Visits from BAE to run activities like the Mar Rover activity.

Want to use your STEM expertise to inspire young people? Good morning everyone - an opportunity for you below. I’m reaching out with an exciting opportunity to use your STEM expertise to support and inspire the next generation of young engineers, scientists, and technologists. The Big Bang Competition is looking for volunteer judges to help assess incredible projects from amazing young people aged 11 to 18 from across the UK. No judging experience? No problem! You’ll receive full training, and everything is done online, at a time that suits you. All we ask is around 8 hours of your time between 2 to 10 April 2025.
